Welcome to Year 2 – Our class is called Moses

 

Moses’ journey certainly was a long and winding one. It took him from a humble beginning as a baby floating in a basket on a river to a privileged upbringing in the temple. Then, forced to run for his life, he wandered in the desert for many years before God called him back to Egypt to stick up for his people and lead them to freedom from Pharaoh. These events revealed that God had a plan for Moses. God prepared Moses in unique and special ways to be the shepherd that would lead God’s people from slavery and to a promised land.
