Please find below our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) Policy.
The new SEND Code of Practice was introduced in September 2014. After the first year of implementation we evaluated how the policy was working for pupils and families with the whole school community. As a result we have tweaked, developed and strengthened our processes and our new policy continues to ensure that our SEND pupils access support for their needs efficiently and effectively.
We will continue to share evaluation of our policy and procedures with families of SEND pupils and the pupils themselves and update our policy annually. This means that the voice of families and pupils stays central to our SEND work.
